Smooth Leather: A distinctive leather, every hide will have a personality of its own. Hides are hand sanded, giving each one an individual look. An application of wax allows for a slight pull but to eliminate the raspy feel of sanded hides, a coat of silicon completes the process leaving a finished article that will be uniquely rustic. Due to the character of this leather, significant color variations are to be expected and accepted.

Embossed Leather: Meeko - Made and embossed in USA. with a refined and masculine look of hand stitched leather . Finished with a combination of waxes and oils to give a rustic feeling. Great as a leather to be used without concern of scratching or scuffing - it only looks better with time .

Frame Construction: Using traditional hand craftsmanship with modern manufacturing methods to produce frames that are among the finest used in the upholstery business. Each frame is precisely cut and hand assembled using kilned dried lumber. Double dowels are utilized in all structural parts to form sturdy, long lasting joints. To complete construction and add stability to the frame, large precisely cut corner blocks are positioned at each corner where the greatest stress occurs using both glues and screws. Double cone coil springs of high carbon tempered steel produce the ultimate in seating comfort. Eight-way hand tied construction provides durability and luxurious seating. We use only premium, highly resilient polyurethane cushions to ensure consistent shape and comfort. Limited Lifetime Warranty.

Cushion: Comfort Fill is a multi-layered construction with a supportive Qualux® polyurethane core and a layer of super soft foam topped with a blend of specialized polyester fibers and natural feathers encased in a down proof ticking. Outer ticking is channeled or baffled to minimize movement of fiber and feathers during use. This construction has an initial soft feel as you travel through the super soft foam, feather, and fiber with a supportive ending. We offer Comfort Fill Firm for those wanting a firmer feel in the core of this construction.
