The lids are removable for easier access when needed. 

These benches are fully assembled and ready for use upon delivery. They are constructed of solid Fir wood and upholstered with grey linen over a dense polyurethane foam cushion. 

The bench is clear-coat lacquered to reveal the natural wood grains and knots in the benches.
