Leather Description: Terra Mineral Performance Leather is a top grain leather that is hand-sanded for a random two-tone effect, then finished with a topcoat to offer the durability and stain resistance of a protected leather. Terra Mineral Leather has warm, early colorations that are reflective of nature. Extreme color variations to be expected from the hand-sanding. Terra is part of Carroll Leather Purely Protected collection, so it is a great selection for high traffic areas.
Frame Construction: Combining traditional handcraftsmanship with advanced manufacturing techniques, our frames rank among the finest in upholstery. Each frame is meticulously cut and hand-assembled from kiln-dried lumber, with double dowels reinforcing all structural joints for exceptional durability. Precision-cut corner blocks are strategically placed and secured with both glue and screws to enhance stability where stress is greatest. Seating comfort is elevated by double cone coil springs crafted from high-carbon tempered steel, complemented by premium, resilient polyurethane cushions that maintain their shape and provide lasting comfort.
