Leather Description: A full grain, subtly hand antiqued leather on US hides. There are no pigments added for coloration only a light hand application of a single aniline dye color, creating a subtle tone on tone effect, further top coated with a mat clear coat for the added benefit of full protection.
Frame Construction: Combining traditional handcrafting techniques with modern manufacturing, these frames rank among the finest in upholstery. Each frame is carefully cut and hand-assembled from kiln-dried lumber. Double dowels reinforce all structural joints for strength and durability. Large, precisely cut corner blocks are strategically placed where stress is greatest, secured with both glue and screws to ensure lasting stability. Backed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty, this construction guarantees exceptional reliability and longevity.
Seat Cushions: Serene® Foam - One of our alternative down constructions using a specialized foam from Carpenter Co. This construction starts with a specialized polyester fiber top, then layer of Serene® foam ending with Qualux® supportive polyurethane core.
