Pilot Rock Twin Blanket

$299.00

Rising above the scenery of Oregon's Western Cascades, Pilot Rock stands tall and proud, reaching high into the sky above the Rogue and Shasta Valleys. The Takelma, the original Native American inhabitants of the area, named it Tan-ts'at-seniphtha, which translates to "Stone Standing Up." The Takelma people lived in the shadow of the rock as they fished, hunted, and foraged along the Rogue River. This beautiful blanket is inspired by their way of life, with patterns of arrows symbolizing salmon swimming into nets, and large baskets brimming with abundance from the land, such as acorns and camas. Expertly woven in the Pacific Northwest, this twin/robe size blanket is the perfect addition to any bedroom, living room, or even as a stunning wall hanging.
