East of the Divide Aluminum Box Triptych Wall Art

Bring the quiet grandeur of the northern Rocky Mountains into your home with East of the Divide Aluminum Box Triptych Wall Art. Photographer John Lichtwardt captures a peaceful mountain lake beneath rugged peaks, with evergreen forests, a rocky shoreline, and soft clouds stretching across three panels. Muted greens, stone grays, and gentle reflections create a calming focal point for a mountain lodge, ranch home, or rustic retreat.

Part of Lichtwardt’s Le Voyageur series, this landscape celebrates the wild beauty of the northern Rockies along the Continental Divide. Made to order in Montana, the artwork pairs expansive scenery with a dimensional aluminum construction that gives it a substantial presence on your wall.

Aluminum Box Construction

Each panel is formed into a true aluminum box with folded sides that extend 3 inches from the wall. The landscape wraps around all sides, adding visual depth and allowing the artwork to be appreciated beyond a straight-on view.

The lightweight, weather-resistant aluminum makes this triptych suitable for interiors as well as outdoor living spaces. Its clean edges and dimensional profile complement natural wood, stone, leather, and other materials found in lodge and mountain-inspired settings.

Hanging & Installation

Each lightweight panel includes a rear crossbar with a centered notch to simplify positioning. Each panel can hang from a single small nail where appropriate for the wall surface; choose fasteners suited to your installation location.

Display the panels in their intended left-to-right order with consistent gaps to maintain the continuous landscape. The artwork measures 63 inches wide before spacing, so allow additional wall width for the two gaps.
